Coating Method
Thermolon™ is spray-applied, using a standard production line, the only differences compared to traditional spraying methods (PTFE, enamel coatings) being:
- 1 single coating and curing step
- Lower curing temperatures
- No PFOA or similar in the workplace
- Faster throughput, equaling higher capacity
- 60% CO2 reduction compared to application of traditional non-stick coatings
